I book commissions 6 months out. Slots open up for booking in April and Oct. and there are only a limted number of slots. Join my Facebook studio page or my Yahoo group for announcememnts.
Painting slots are non-transferable. So, in other words, you cannot sell your slot.
IMPORTANT: A non-refundable deposit of $100 (SM scale) or $200 for other scales is required to hold a painting slot. Slots will not
be considered "taken" until the deposit is received. Half of the full commission rate will be due by the time the piece is scheduled to start and payment in full immediately upon completion.
Should you change the scheduled month for your commission, a $50 change fee will be incurred becuase I really do NOT want to change my schedule once set.
I do not approve of getting any touch-up services done on my models. If touch-ups need to be done, I want to be the one to do them. It's an artist's work and integrity. Thanks for understanding. : )
I accept personal checks and money orders, along with PayPal.
Prepping is included in my rates but for more intensive prepping jobs (at my discression) I can charge additional for more work. Prepping is charged by the hour.
If exact coloring is very critical, I really have to ask for reference photos, or tell me a book it can be found in. If I have it, cool! If not, I'll need something: e-mail, websites, books, actual prints. Otherwise, I really hope you can trust me to deliver the very best piece possible. No portraits.
Shipping and handling is, in most cases actual plus approx $4 for trad scale and $2 for SM scale. This includes just about everything I can do to insure that your precious cargo arrives safe and sound, ie: insurance, delivery confirmation and more.
Please do not use my photos as reference to work from or to tell someone else to work from.
